This urban museum is the result of a collaboration among Clearscapes, Pugh+Scarpa of Santa Monica, California, and the NC State University College of Design. CAM will occupy a contributing historic structure to the nationally registered Historic Depot District of Downtown Raleigh utilizing both state and federal tax credits. A new lobby addition will serve as a dynamic counterpoint as well as an icon for the museum and the District as a whole.
